Two rates, by how much we do for the order
The catalogue rate covers orders that reach you through the Hypena catalogue, search or quote requests — with placement, customer service and the Hypena Guarantee included. The direct rate covers orders placed through your own shop page, QR code or social links, which we process without placement or the Guarantee. In both cases the fee is withheld from your weekly payout on card orders and invoiced monthly on cash orders. Your subscription is separate.
